The Horizon City Summer Festival is a new tradition which started in 2018 as we celebrated our city's 30th anniversary. Yes, Horizon City, too, is a millennial. What started out as a plan for a small celebration quickly grew into one of the largest events in our community and we just had to do it again, and hopefully this is just one of many more!
